GENERAL CONDITIONS
 

All orders will only be accepted and processed according to the conditions below. The client (customer) accepts these conditions when placing an order. The Client declares that he is an adult or, if he is a minor, that he has had agreements co-signed by one of his/her parents or guardian(s).

1. Property law

The ownership of all works shown lies with the Creators. All works of art can be ordered in the versions stated and may not be used in any other way, neither in print, nor digitally and/or in publication and/or parts of the file in any other way.

2. Order processing

Orders placed will be processed immediately after payment. Once an order has been paid, it cannot be canceled.

3. Delivery

Within the Netherlands and Belgium, customers can choose delivery to any desired address, the artwork will then be delivered by appointment with our own driver service. The delivery time is 10-15 working days.
Customers can also choose to collect the order themselves from the Gallery, in which case no transport costs will be charged. If you prefer a delivery outside the Netherlands and Belgium please send us an email, so we can arrange this Delivery by seperate conditions and delivery time.

4. Product warranty & Right of withdrawal

The Gallery guarantees the quality of the artworks, all artworks are produced in-the-house. Because everything is custom-made, the legal right of withdrawal does not apply to the artworks of the Gallery.

5. Online Dispute Resolution

The European Commission offers an online dispute resolution platform, which you can find here http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/ odr/. 
Customers have the option to use this platform for dispute resolution.
